General Introduction and Eligibility

To open an account on mag, a member must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each individual may hold only one account. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, mag reserves the right to close them and cancel any bonuses received.
2.1 Registration Information
At the time of registration, members must provide their correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. Opening an account with false information is prohibited and may result in account cancellation. mag reserves the right to verify identity at any time using a national ID card or other valid documents.

Each member is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account username and password. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
Financial transactions on mag are carried out securely and transparently. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
3.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount on mag is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). Members must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits made from an account registered under another person's name may result in the transaction being cancelled and the account suspended.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Funds related to a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
3.3 Transaction Security
mag uses SSL encryption technology for all financial transactions. Keeping members' payment information secure is a priority for mag. In the case of any suspicious transaction, mag may take additional verification steps in the interest of security.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; to withdraw the bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered.
4.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering has been completed.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all accounts being permanently closed.
- mag reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
- Each bonus applies once per member unless the terms state otherwise.
- Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the full wagering requirement has been met.
4.3 mag Weekly and Other Promotions
mag runs several regular promotional offers including a weekly deposit festival, slot adventure bonus, and cricket excitement rewards. Each offer has its own wagering conditions and validity period. It is the member's responsibility to read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any offer.
Gaming Rules and Fair Use
All games on mag are conducted transparently and fairly. Members are expected to participate honestly and to treat other members with respect.
5.1 Prohibited Activities
- Using any software, bot, or automated method to operate games.
- Deliberately exploiting any error or vulnerability in the game system.
- Accessing or attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
- Deliberately betting against bonus terms (bonus abuse).
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
5.2 Service Suspension
mag reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account without giving a specific reason if that member is suspected of engaging in the prohibited activities listed above. Whether the actual funds (excluding bonuses) in the member's account are returned will be decided on the basis of a review.
VIP Program and Member Benefits
mag's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings).
6.1 How Cashback Works
Weekly cashback is paid at the rate set for each tier: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0%. Example: a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week receives ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback. VIP benefits may be subject to wagering conditions.
6.2 Tier Changes
VIP tier is determined based on a member's regular activity and overall contribution on mag. A reduction in activity may result in a tier downgrade. mag reserves the right to change any terms of the VIP program, and changes will be published on this page.
Responsible Gaming and Voluntary Limits
mag believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed within limits. The platform provides members with various voluntary restriction options, such as setting deposit limits, taking a temporary break, and self-exclusion.

8.2 Final Decision

Limitation of Liability
mag provides the games and services on its platform on an "as is" basis. mag accepts limited liability for any loss arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party service issues.
9.1 Disruption Due to External Causes
mag will not be held liable if services are temporarily unavailable due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government directives, or any other circumstances beyond mag's control. In such situations, services will be restored as quickly as possible.
9.2 Third-Party Connections
mag's platform uses the services of various third-party game providers, payment processors, and technology partners. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies, which members should be aware of.
Service Termination and Account Closure
A member may request to close their account at any time. Upon receiving the request, mag will complete the process within a reasonable time. Before closing the account, the member is given the opportunity to complete all applicable bonus wagering.
10.1 Grounds for Suspension
mag may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons: providing false identity or information; breach of these Terms; operating multiple accounts; attempting to compromise platform security; engaging in prohibited activities.
10.2 Final Settlement
Upon account closure, any actual funds in the member's account (excluding bonuses and funds subject to wagering conditions) will be returned via the designated payment method, unless an active investigation or breach of Terms is involved.
Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on the mag platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text, and other elements — is covered by the intellectual property rights of mag or its authorized partners. Members may access the platform for personal use, but reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content for commercial purposes or without prior written permission is prohibited.
Miscellaneous Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms represent the complete agreement between mag and the member and replace any prior oral or written understandings.
12.1 Language Precedence
These Terms are published in Bengali and the Bengali version is considered authoritative. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version will take precedence in the event of any dispute.
